Secure orders
When you purchase a Small Signs product, we collect your order Information: order details, name, email address, mailing and delivery address, telephone and fax numbers. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Your billing information is collected by PayPal, our secure payment provider and it will be processed by PayPal for billing purposes only. Your billing information will not be transferred to Small Signs. PayPal is a Better Business Bureau Member company that collects payments for hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide. If you see a charge by "PAYPAL*SMALLSIGNS" on your credit card monthly statement, it means that you or a member of your family purchased a Small Signs product. See also PayPal's Privacy Policy. Charge for any item purchased will not be billed until the order has been shipped.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act
Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Order confirmation
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation message. Check thoroughly all details and immediately report any mistake to Small Signs.
Delivery
Your order will be processed and sent to the indicated recipient. Delivery time is usually 7/14 days to USA via Registered mail or up to 5 days via Express mail. All products are safely packaged and fully insured against mail loss or damage.
Our refund policy
Every item we ship has been made with love and responsibility! Besides, it has been carefully inspected before shipping. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, or you are not satisfied, please wrap it back properly and send it to Small Signs, Mitzpeh Harashim, 24954 D.N. Oshrat, Israel.
We will provide a complete refund without penalties to any customer who initiates a return of products to Small Signs within 30 days from the date of delivery. |
