Shipping & Delivery

Order process time

We are committed to accomplish and ship your order according to the following timeframe:

• All items: 3 days
• Metal signs: 4 days
• Custom orders and Stone signs: as specifically agreed at order placement.

Shipping carrier

Unless otherwise requested, we usually ship our packages, nationally and internationally, using the services of Israel Post, the Israeli postal service, which works with the national postal service of the recipient's country (like USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail...).

Postal damage & replacements

All Small Signs products are safely packaged, however we have a complete hassle-free replacement policy in case of mail loss or damage.

Pre-opening check
When you receive a Small Signs package, please check it for visible damages before opening it. In case of exterior package's damage, please take a picture of it if you can. Pictures help us to understand better what happened to the package so we can improve ourselves.

After opening
In case the product is damaged, please let us know ASAP by mail (see Contact Us). If you can, send us a picture of the damaged product: this will be enough for us to send you a replacement.
In case you cannot take pictures, please wrap the product tighty as it was and send it back within 10 days from delivery asking for replacement.

Refunds
If the product arrived OK, but you are not satisfied with it, please see the Refunds section in our Policy page.

Shipping options

The shipping options available in the shopping cart, are Registered Mail and Express (EMS) Mail:

1) Registered Mail

(In US it's called "Priority Mail").
Packages are always traceable online at Israeli Post's Track and Trace(English), while USPS does not scan parcel codes from abroad on entry until they arrive to the local postal branch of the customer *.

A package sent to USA via Registered Mail arrives within a timeframe of 1 to 3 weeks. To Europe, it takes about 10 days.

RUSHERS -IMPORTANT: if you are in a hurry and you want to be sure to receive your order quicker than 21 days, we suggest you to use the Express mail option (EMS). It's more expensive, but quick and traceable in US.

2) EMS - Express Mail

Always traceable online at Israeli Post's Track and Trace and at USPS as well.

EMS timing:
To every destinations EMS packages takes up to 5 days (usually less).
The package is delivered to your door.

Shipping cost

We charge our customers for the postage cost only, which is calculated on package's weight according to the Israeli Post's price list.
We do not add any other shipping fee!

Besides Shipping option (see left), also recipient's country and package's weight affect the shipping cost.
In the shopping cart, the shipping cost is calculated automatically.
