Order Turnaround, the time of receiving your product consists of 2 steps:
- Order Process Time – the time required to prepare and ship your product
- Delivery Time – the time required by the courier company to bring the package to you
1) Order Process Time
The time needed to process an order is counted:
- If you ordered metal letters in stock: From the day of receiving your payment
- If you ordered any other product: From the day after you emailed your confirmation in the manner detailed in the email you received

Shipping abroad:
| Ecopost | Delivery time abroad usually within 10 days. You can choose Ecopost only for packages weighing up to 2000 grams. When the product(s) in the shopping cart pass this weight, only the EMS Express option remains available. |
| EMS Express | Delivery time abroad usually within 5 days |
Shipping Cost:
The charge for the shipment is calculated automatically by weight from the shopping cart, in accordance with the rates of Israel Post, without extra charges. After you’ve added a product to the shopping cart, you will be able to check the exact shipping cost by types of shipment before continuing to fill out the order form.
Insurance:
On our Policy page you’ll find information about item replacement in case of damage from postage and refunds.

Delays
Delivery timing, both abroad or within the country, is responsibility of the companies that provide the service. We have no control on it and there is always a possibility that a shipment will arrive late.
In case of delay, Small Signs – although responsible for the arrival of the shipment – will not cancel the order and will not refund the customer for the cost of delivery due to reasons related to the delay unless a refund will be provided by the delivery company according to its own rules.
