Shipping inside Israel
In your shopping cart you’ll find 2 options:
| Home delivery | 45 ILS | The carrier will call you before delivery. Available for all packages. |
| Pick up point in your area | 30 ILS | You’ll receive an SMS message including pick up location and opening hours. Choice available for packages up to 3 Kg. |
Shipping Abroad
You can choose between 2 shipping options:
- Ecopost: Delivery time abroad usually within 10 days
- EMS Express: Delivery time abroad usually within 5 days
Tracking: In both options you can track the shipment at Israel Post’s Track & Trace or at the similar service of recipient’s country (see list below).
Delivery time: Very similar between the options, but you can choose Ecopost only for packages weighing up to 2000 grams.
When the product(s) in the shopping cart goes through this weight, only the EMS Express option remains available.
Cost: The charge for the shipment is calculated automatically by weight from the shopping cart, in accordance with the rates of Israel Post, without extra charges. After you’ve added a product to the shopping cart, you will be able to check the exact shipping cost by types of shipment before continuing to fill out the order form.
Insurance: On our Policy page, you can get information about item replacement in case of damage from postage and refunds.
