\nThanks for your quick reply and for sending the replacement. I personally don’t recall using a cleaning material on the tile but I cannot exclude that possibility either. We have cleaning people who may have wiped it clean. I will mention to them that they should not do so in the future. If this is indeed our error, then I apologize. I guess we’ll see how the tile is doing in one year’s time… In addition, perhaps in a year’s time we’ll find ourselves ordering another name plate!
