When purchase a Small Signs product, we collect from you the following information: order details, name, email, shipping address and phone number, so we can process the order following your instructions and be in contact with you regarding your order. We will never use this data for email spam or other marketing purposes.

Mockup after payment

Customers Small marks are required to pay for their order prior to the preparation of the mockup. It is understandable that preparing a draft is a work that takes time, so it is considered an integral part in the preparation of your order. However, if the customer changes his mind after the proofis sent, and decides to cancel the order, he will be credited with the full amount he paid without further questions.

Payment

As last ordering step you will be directed to the payment page, where you can choose a number of payment options:

  • Credit Card (Israeli credit cards only)
    Card clearing is done by Pelecard, which collects your payment details through a window included in our website. Both the site and the window are secured with full SSL security.
    It is important to note that your card information is not transmitted to us and we will never have access to it in the future.
  • Paypal
  • Send a check (Israeli checks only)
  • Bank wire transfer

Data Safety

  • Our whole site is fully protected by SiteLock, a website security company that protects the site from hackers, spam, viruses, scams and malware, and provides PCI compliance.
  • Our SSL certificate protects as well all your non-payment data which you send us when you fill out an order form (name, address, etc.)
  • The “Credit Card” payment is made on the website through the clearing company Pelecard, which collects the card details, checks and transfers them to your credit card company. Of course, all these activities are fully protected by their own SSL certificate and system.
  • If you choose to pay through “Paypal” you are transferred directly to Paypal. This company has an impressive buyer protection plan to protect the buyer.

Accuracy in processing your order

In order to achieve your full satisfaction, we request your cooperation in careful examination and approval (or correction) of your order details:
At the end of the ordering and payment process, you will be notified by an e-mail including all your order details, together with a proofof the personalized product you ordered. Please check that all details are correct, and if you find an error or decide to change any detail, let us know. If the details are accurate, and you like the mock up, send us your confirmation by email so that we can move on to production and shipping.

Delivery delays

Clearly delivery times, abroad and within the country, do not depend on our responsibility, these are the responsibility of the companies that provide the service.
The customer needs to understand that there is a possibility that his shipment will arrive late. In case of delay, Small Signs – although responsible for the arrival of the shipment – will not cancel the order and will not refund the customer for the cost of delivery due to reasons related to the delay in receiving the order, unless a refund will be provided by the delivery company according to its own rules.

Shipping damage and product replacement

All Small Signs products are safely packaged after many years of experience in the field of mail delivery. However, in case of lost or damaged mail, we have the following replacement policy:

  1. When you receive a package from Small Signs check it before opening it.
  2. In case of any visible damages to the package take a picture, if possible: it can teach us a lot so we can improve ourselves in the future.
  3. After opening the package, if the product is defective please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail or Whatsapp including pictures of the defective product: it will be sufficient condition for us to send you an identic replacement.

Return Policy

Every item we ship has been made with love and responsibility according to our customer’s specifications. However, if for any reason you will not be satisfied, you can send the package back to us at your expenses, tightly wrapped, exactly as received, within 7 days from the date of delivery to our address (see address in Contact page) along with a written replacement request including motivation, and we will provide a full refund.
