Privacy
When you order or contact us through the site we collect only what we need to handle it: the order details, your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and a photo if you chose to attach one. This lets us make your order and keep in touch with you about it. We will never use these details for marketing emails or pass them to anyone else, except the courier who delivers your parcel.
A photo you uploaded that did not become part of an order is deleted automatically after 30 days. The site uses Google Analytics to understand, in general terms, how it is used. To see or delete the information we hold about you, contact us.
Payment
You do not enter any payment details on the site. When you place an order it is sent to us, and we get back to you to confirm the details and arrange payment by one of:
- Bit
- PayBox
- Credit card — by phone or through a secure payment link we send you
All prices on the site include VAT. The delivery cost is shown in the cart before you send the order.
The proof comes after payment
Small Signs customers pay for their order before we prepare the proof. Preparing a proof takes time and is an integral part of making the order. If you nevertheless change your mind after the proof is ready and cancel before approving it, you will be refunded the full amount you paid, less the cancellation fee (see below).
Keeping your data safe
- The whole site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS), so the details you send in its forms are encrypted on the way to us.
- Credit card details are never entered on the site and are not stored by us.
Order approval
To make sure you are fully satisfied, we ask you to check your order details carefully and approve or correct them:
After payment we email you the order details, a proof (a preview of the sign) and any further explanations.
Please check that everything is correct, and if you find a mistake or want to change anything, let us know as soon as possible. If the details are clear and correct and you like the proof, reply to our email with your approval.
Once we have your approval we move on to production and delivery.
Please note: every product is made to order, so once you have approved the proof the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Delivery delays
Delivery times depend on the courier company that provides the service, and a parcel may arrive late. In that case Small Signs — which is responsible for the delivery — will not cancel the order or refund the delivery cost because of the delay, unless the courier company issues a refund under its own rules.

Transit damage and replacement
All Small Signs products are carefully packed, drawing on many years of shipping experience. Even so, we have a replacement policy for items lost or damaged in transit.
When the parcel arrives — check it before opening, and photograph any visible damage.
After opening — if the product is damaged, let us know as soon as possible and send photos of it.
Cancellation and refunds
All our products are made personally, fully or in part. Work on an order starts as soon as we receive it, so we charge a fee of ₪10 for any cancellation that requires a refund.
If you cancel before approving the proof, you will be refunded the full amount you paid, less the cancellation fee. Once the proof is approved, and of course once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are made to the same payment method within 3 business days of the request.
