Small Signs (7 HaRechavim St, Talpiot, Jerusalem) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on the site, what it is used for and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, delivery address (if you chose delivery), the products you chose, the text for the sign, notes and instructions, and your preferred payment method.
• Files: photos or artwork files you uploaded for making the sign.
• Usage data: statistics about browsing the site, via Google Analytics (see "Cookies" below).

Credit card details are not entered or stored on the site — payment is arranged with you directly, by Bit, PayBox or credit card.

What it is used for

To make and deliver your order, to contact you about payment, to send you the proof for approval and for customer service. We will never use your details for email marketing or any other marketing.

Who it is shared with

• Cloudflare — hosting the site, orders and files, and sending the order emails.
• Google Analytics — site usage statistics, without your name, phone or address.
• The courier — name, phone and address, for delivering the parcel only.

We don't sell information or pass it to anyone else, unless required by law.

How long it is kept

Uploaded files that were not attached to an order are deleted automatically after 30 days. Order details are kept as long as needed for handling the order, customer service and accounting as required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps your cart and the contact details you entered in your own browser only, so they aren't lost between visits; they are not sent to us until you send an order. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security

The site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to orders and files is limited to the Small Signs team, and uploaded files are stored at addresses that cannot be guessed.

Your rights
