There are two ways: choose a model from the shop, pick the size and options, write the text and add it to the cart — or design your own sign in the metal or ceramic custom-design pages. Then send the order from the cart.

Not at the moment. After you send the order we'll get back to you shortly to arrange payment — by Bit, PayBox or credit card. You can tell us in the order form which suits you.

No. Small Signs is an online business with a workshop in Jerusalem only. You can see many photos in the galleries and on the product pages, and before production you'll receive a proof to approve.

Yes. After payment we prepare a proof of the sign and email it to you with the order details. Production starts only after you approve the proof by replying to the email.

Yes. If you spot a mistake or want to change any detail, reply to the proof email and we'll correct it before production.

Every product is made to order. Until you approve the proof you can cancel and receive a full refund less a ₪10 cancellation fee. Once the proof is approved by email the order can't be cancelled, and there are no refunds after the product has shipped.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days from the day you approve the design. The courier then delivers it to your door within 1 to 5 business days. Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding holiday eves and holidays.

Courier delivery to your door anywhere in Israel costs ₪75. You can also collect free of charge from our workshop in Talpiot, Jerusalem, by appointment.

If the parcel shows visible damage, photograph it before opening. If the product itself is damaged, let us know as soon as possible and send photos — we replace products lost or damaged in delivery.

No. Our ceramic signs are for indoor use only — inside the home or in a covered, sheltered place. We no longer make ceramic signs for outdoor use; for a sign that will stand outside, we recommend a metal sign.

You choose the mounting method when ordering. Metal signs and most ceramic door signs can be ordered with screw holes — the screws and instructions come with the sign. You can also use good double-sided tape or a silicone adhesive such as “Super 7”. We don't recommend gluing to the door itself, as you may not be able to remove the sign later without damaging it or the door.
